Brief Introduction:
Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, AEDG) for laboratory research only. It is an analog of pineal gland extract epithalamin, widely studied for telomerase activation, telomere maintenance, cellular senescence delay, melatonin secretion and circadian rhythm balance. It also shows antioxidant, immune regulation and anti-tumor effects in preclinical models.
Main Research Applications:
- Telomere & cellular aging research: Used in cell models to explore hTERT upregulation, telomerase activity, telomere elongation and inhibition of cell senescence.
- Pineal gland & circadian rhythm research: Applied to investigate melatonin synthesis regulation, sleep cycle optimization and age-related pineal function decline.
- Anti-oxidation & immune research: Suitable for ROS clearance, DNA damage repair, immune cell activity improvement and geroprotective mechanism exploration.
- Aging tissue and tumor research: For experiments on delaying organ aging, reducing spontaneous tumor incidence and age-related degenerative changes.

This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not intended for human or animal therapeutic use, clinical trials, or any form of in vivo administration without prior ethical approval and regulatory authorization.
