Brief Introduction:

ARA-290 is a synthetic 11-amino acid peptide derived from the tissue-protective domain of erythropoietin exclusively for laboratory research. It selectively activates the innate repair receptor (IRR, EPOR/CD131 heterocomplex) without binding to homodimeric EPOR, so it exerts no hematopoietic side effects. It suppresses NF-κB inflammatory signaling, lowers pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6, activates Akt anti-apoptotic pathways, alleviates oxidative stress and promotes nerve and endothelial tissue regeneration. It relieves neuropathic pain and protects organs against ischemia-reperfusion injury, widely applied in neuroprotection, inflammatory regulation, peripheral neuropathy and organ injury repair research.
